I founded MRM Education after working as a private tutor and admissions counselor for over a decade. I knew the value that 1:1 education had for students, but I also saw how tutoring organizations were misusing it. They hired part-time workers, neglected the student-tutor connection and paid their tutors as low as 10% of the cost of the tutoring. All of this lead to high turnover and mediocre results for students.

We are able to hire and retain elite academic talent, while simultaneously ensuring that our tutors and counselors have the resources, energy and creativity to provide the best instruction possible for each student with whom they work.
