Emily has been working in education for approximately three years within the pre-school and elementary grade levels. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in history with high honors.

She has a passion for history and loves sharing that passion with students. Some of her favorite historical eras include: Ancient History, Medieval History, and the Civil War.

She excels at leading small groups and individual sessions with an emphasis in reading and writing. She also enjoys education and interacting with students as a volunteer for local museums.

As a youth leader for her church, she loves to create connections and provide mentorship to students of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and walking her German Shepherd, Willow.
