For the past eight years, Lindsay has taught English and History at the middle school level, as well as 5th grade in an independent, French bilingual setting. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a Master's in Education from UC Davis. She is passionate about building students' confidence in reading and writing through carefully designed lessons that connect their identities to each assignment.

Having received extra help in school herself, Lindsay understands the profound impact of having an adult recognize and nurture a student's potential. This experience inspired her to provide the same support to young people, helping them gain confidence and a strong sense of self.

In her free time, Lindsay loves to get outside and hike and play soccer. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and their 16-year-old cat, Gabby.
