Reena has been a teacher for the past 25 years. She completed her Masters in zoology and has an additional Bachelors in Education. She taught Zoology at Mahatma Gandhi University in India.

In 2002, she moved to the UAE where she taught High School Biology helping students prepare for the IGCSE examinations for the British CIE board, the CBSE grade 12 board examinations and for students working through the AP Biology curriculum.

She is experienced in tutoring students both face to face as well as online and strives to make her students feel at ease to ask questions and express doubts. Her motto as a teacher is to make her students love Biology.

She moved to Knoxville, TN to be with her children, who are undergraduates at the University of Tennessee. Apart from teaching she enjoys traveling, hiking and cooking.
